Cape Cross Lodge is the ideal stop over on your journey from Swakopmund to T errace Bay,
Opuwo, Palmwag and the Kunene Region. Spend a day or more to do some of the excursions
offered in the area. (Important Note! Advance bookings essential!)

CAPE CROSS LODGE MUSEUM IS OPEN DAIL Y TO VISITORS AND IS HOUSED WITH-IN THE
LODGE. THE MUSEUM ALLOWS THE VISITOR TO VIEW ARTEFACTS AND DISCOVER THE HIS-
TORY FROM 1486 TO PRESENT DAY . ENTRANCE : FREE.
A PERFECT STOP OVER FOR SCHOOL FIELD TRIPS AND ANYONE INTERESTED IN THE
HISTORY OF CAPE CROSS. THE LODGE SURROUNDS ALSO DISPLAYS THE WHALING
HISTORY OF THE NAMIB COAST AND OTHER NATURAL HISTORY ITEMS OF INTEREST .
