Namutoni Resort, situated at Etosha's eastern entrance,
developed around a fort originally built by the Germans in
1902 - 1903 and renovated several times. Today the fort
houses a museum and accommodation units of various sizes.
A floodlit waterhole next to the fort provides game viewing
opportunities at night.
